Speaker Information
Future Transport Forum – 22nd & 23rd January 2025

Thank you for being part of the Future Transport Forum taking place at the Novotel Hotel, Southampton on the 22nd and 23rd of January 2025.

 

Below is all the important information you will need to ensure a smooth and successful presentation.

Speaker Registration

All speakers must register for the event using the following link: Speaker Registration Link

If you have already registered via a different link, you do not need to register again.

If you are unsure whether you have registered, please contact Mark Luker at conferences@landor.co.uk.

 

Important: Any non-speakers who register using the speaker link will be removed without warning.

Speaker Bio & Photo

To be included in the event marketing materials and on the official website, please send the following details:

  • A recent headshot (photo)

  • A 100-word bio

Please send these to conferences@landor.co.uk by Friday 20th December 2024. If you need help or are unsure whether we have your details, contact us as soon as possible.

For reference, your speaker details will appear on the event website: Future Transport Forum Conference Website as well as event marketing emails.

Presentation Submission

  • Please submit your presentation by 16:00 on Wednesday 15th January 2025.

  • We require all presentations to be sent as Microsoft PowerPoint files.

You must send them to both: Mark Luker at conferences@landor.co.uk and Juliana O'Rourke at juliana.orourke.co.uk

If your presentation is large, we recommend using WeTransfer.

Important: We cannot accept presentations in any format other than Microsoft PowerPoint. Specifically, we cannot accept:​

  • PDF

  • Google Docs

  • Prezi

  • Keynote

Videos

 

Any videos used in your presentation must be embedded within the PowerPoint file. We cannot accept links to external video players. Please ensure that videos are in the MP4 format.

Post Event

We will provide all delegates with a PDF copy of your slides post-event.

 

If you wish to remove any sensitive or confidential information, please send a PDF copy of your slides to both Mark Luker and Juliana O'Rourke by 14:00 on Monday 27th January 2025.

Please note - Any speaker notes used within your presentation will not be shared with the delegates.
